Service Description
The Homeownership Incubator Program (HIP) is designed to help low-to-moderate income individuals and families prepare for successful homeownership through personalized education, counseling, and financial guidance. Whether participants are ready to purchase in 3 months, 6 months, or within 1–2 years, HIP provides a customized pathway toward achieving their homeownership goals.
💡 How We Help
Participants are paired with a HUD-certified housing counselor who provides one-on-one support throughout the homebuying process. Services include homebuyer education, budgeting and credit review, mortgage readiness, pre-purchase counseling, assistance with finding a home, contract guidance, inspection support, closing preparation, and post-purchase counseling.
