Financial Management/Budget Counseling & Inspection Materials /$00.00 per person: One-On-One Budgeting & Improving Credit Budgeting and credit counseling is an integral part of all housing counseling services. Meet with a counselor to cover some of the following areas. - Developing a budget - Review Your Spending Habits - Establish a Plan to Reduce Existing Debt - Developing savings strategies & more.
