Mortgage Delinquency & Default Resolution Counseling & Inspection Materials /$00.00 per person: Mortgage Assistance We are able to assist homeowners facing a housing crisis. Our HUD-certified counselors can help homeowners modify their mortgages and find the most affordable solution. The counseling sessions are scheduled telephonically or virtually via Zoom and presented in a series of three one-on-one counseling sessions scheduled every 30 days for 90 days.
