Service Description

A HUD-certified housing counselor is here to assist you with every step of the buying process. Oasis of Hope Counselors are here to help potential homeowners determine mortgage affordability, review credit reports, basics of banking/credit, financial planning, money management and develop an action plan. This training is presented in a series of three one-on-one counseling sessions scheduled every 30 days for 90 days. For questions, contact us anytime at intake@oasiscdc.org.
