Pre-Purchase Homeownership Counseling & Inspection Materials /$149.00 per person or couple: Preparing for Home Purchase The purpose of this one-on-one counseling is to address issues that may prevent or delay affordable mortgage financing while offering specific steps to help you achieve your goal of homeownership. *Certificate is given upon completion if HBE Intake form is submitted. This is a group setting course held online every 3rd Saturday.
