Pre-Purchase Homebuyer Education Workshop & Inspection Materials /$00.00 per person: Group homebuyer education class to help clients achieve the goal of homeownership. The purpose of this group class is to address issues that may prevent or delay affordable mortgage financing while offering specific steps to help you achieve your goal of homeownership. *Certificate is given upon completion if HBE Intake form is submitted. This is a group setting course held online on the 2nd and 3rd Saturday.
